This document is meant to assist users by serving as a user manual and providing an understanding of how VTS operates.
VTS, or Vehicle Tracking System, is an application that tracks details about a vehicle that has been added to or exists in CAR Sharing Technology used by the Ministry of Defence, Netherlands.
